When will my order ship?
MelodySusie products usually ship within 1-2 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays). However, if they have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, they’d appreciate your patience. Once your order has shipped after 2-3 business days, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?

I received broken/wrong item(s) in my order. What should I do?
MelodySusie do their best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please contact their Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery so that they may help you further. Please be sure to provide photos/videos of the broken product, so they can best assist you.
