I have a promotional code. How do I redeem it?
From time to time they run offers and promotional codes. When in the shopping bag enter the promotional code you have in the box marked “enter your code here” and click “apply code”. Only one promotional code can be redeemed per transaction, please check the terms and conditions of the code you are using for any restrictions.
How long is my eGift card valid for?
eGift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
What is Moda in Pelle return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order then you can return it within 28 working days.

When will my refund be processed?
Once your order has been received at Head Office, Moda in Pelle will issue the appropriate refund. Moda in Pelle aim to do this within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
