At ModelScouts it is their goal that every model with them gets signed to an agency. However, the final decision on whether or not a model is represented is not up to ModelScouts. The final decision on whether a model is signed is ultimately up to the agencies, therefore they are unable to guarantee representation.
If you are experiencing any type of technical problem on the ModelScouts website they are here to help you. Please send ModelScouts an email which explains the problem you are experiencing, along with your member username (if you are currently a member), your email address, and telephone number.
Your account will automatically expire at the end of your initial term. ModelScouts does not automatically charge your credit card when your account expires so you never have to worry about reoccurring fees.
The majority of ModelScouts models renew their accounts, however, if you wish to cancel your account before it expires you may cancel at any time from inside your account dashboard.
