How do I track the status of my order?
The status of your order can be tracked by logging in to your account using the link in the upper right corner of every page.
If you were sent a UPS tracking number click here here or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) to track your package.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 5:00 PM ET will ship the same business day.
I found your products cheaper somewhere else. Do you price match?
Yes, for US customers only. If you find a lower advertised price from any authorized US dealer, call or email them and they will match the deal including shipping. Products must be in new condition, in stock and ready for immediate delivery and sold by an authorized dealer. Their best deal guaranty applies even 30 days after your purchase. Simply contact them via phone at 1-877-674-3571 or email customer.service@motosport.com and they’ll refund the difference.
What do I do if I received my order and the package or product is damaged?
Please retain all packing materials and contact the Customer Service Department at 1-877-674-3571. They will arrange for an investigation. If possible please forward digital photos of damaged goods/packages to customer.service@motosport.com.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are normally processed by MotoSport within 2 business days after being received. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to one week for the credit to be reflected on your account.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, they will issue your refund in the form of store credit. It can take 3 to 5 business days to process a return after it arrives at their distribution centre. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
