Refunds are offered on all orders received back to us within 14 days of your delivery date.

Store Credit is offered on all orders received back to them within 30 days of your delivery date. Any items received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

They’re unable to accept returns beyond 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to them after 30 days may be returned to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows “DELIVERED.”

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear back to your financial institution dependent on the processing speed of your financial institution.

Unfortunately do not allow cancellations at this time, as per their return policy online.

Once you receive your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you are welcome to return it.
