What is The Knitting Network shipping policy?
The Knitting Network offer Standard Delivery from £9.49(CAD $16.36). Price Calculated at Checkout. 95% of deliveries for this service arrive within 7-10 working days not including the day of despatch, but are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame. If you are not in to accept the parcel at the time of delivery your postman may either leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour or if not they will take the parcel back to your local sorting office for you to go and collect. If you do not collect the parcel after 30 days it will be returned to sender. Please allow 25 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding your parcel not arriving.
What is The Knitting Network's returns policy?
If you're not completely happy with your order, don't worry - returning it is quick and easy. You can return your items for a full refund provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt. Please return your items to the address below, including a note inside with your reason for returning and your order number. If you need any help, please call Customer Service on 01795 570 303.

Please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any original packaging must be intact. The Knitting Network reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a resalable condition or are damaged.
Please note that you are responsible for the return cost of postage. Your parcel needs to be returned to the address indicated on your invoice inside your parcel, which is ready to cut out and stick to the front of your parcel for returns.
They aim to despatch all orders placed by 4 pm the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays), or if there is any problem with your order they will always contact your by phone and/or email the same working day (next working day at weekends and bank holidays).
Once they have received your return parcel they will send you an email confirmation that they have received your parcel. Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by them and for the refund to show in your account. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card or PayPal, depending on how you paid for your order. If it has been longer than 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), please get in touch on 01795 570303. Alternatively, you can email them, directly on hello@theknittingnetwork.email. Digital Products cannot be cancelled once they have been downloaded. By purchasing a Digital Product, you waive the right to cancel the purchase within the usual 14 day cancellation period, whether under regulation 29(1) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the UK or any other applicable legislation in other jurisdictions.
Please return your unwanted goods for a full refund as per the above procedure and place a new order on their website for the goods that you would like in exchange.
They're really quick at processing your order which means they can't make any changes after 4 pm on the day of placing your order. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or the payment method. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. Please call them on 01795 570303.
