Please return your unwanted goods for a full refund as above and place a new order on the website for the goods you would like in exchange.
If you are unhappy with any of your goods for any reason, you can return them for a full refund providing they are in a saleable condition with any original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
Please follow the instructions on your return form on how to return a parcel to them. Your return can be found attached to your despatch email.
Once they have received your return parcel in the post their returns department will email you to confirm your parcel has been received by them. Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by them. If you have requested a refund for your order they will send you the refund the same way you made the payment. The 20% off fabric code applies only to selected fabric and cannot be used with any other offer, so it suits single purpose fabric orders. The free Olfa Rotary Cutter code at $140 and the various sale prices are the other clear alternatives depending on what you buy.
Big fabric orders or mixed baskets over $140. If you spend $140 or more on any products, you can choose the free Olfa Rotary Cutter code (minimum spend $140), or use the 20% off fabric code if the items are selected full price fabric. On a $140 fabric order, the 20% off fabric code takes $28 off, leaving $112, while the free cutter code adds the tool but does not reduce the cash total.
