Be sure to include proof of purchase and the reason for your return in the email. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom engraved and international orders (including APO/FPO) are final sale.

The extended strap was so popular that they have discontinued the smaller strap, and are building all Contours exclusively with the extended strap. Any Contour purchased will be fitted with the extended strap. The Contour replacement strap on their website is also the extended strap. The extended strap is built to hold up to 13 cards and 10 bills.

They will cover any additional shipping costs to repair and return the wallet or send out a replacement part/wallet, depending on the situation. Return all defects with the original packaging. They label their packages to help train their production team to avoid defects.
