Your credit card will be charged once your order has been processed and shipped, and an e-mail will be sent once the entire order is ready for pickup. You may pick up your order at the store for up to 7 days by providing a store associate with your pickup notification e-mail and a government-issued photo ID.
Please allow up to three weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
J.Crew Factory gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone, or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. For your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to a J.Crew Factory store.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless they agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All lingerie, vintage, altered, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
