Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Borrowell:
To arrange the payment of your outstanding collection. you'll need to reach out to the collection agency or the financial institution directly. As much as they'd love to help, Borrowell can only see the same information as you do on your credit report. They aren't provided with the contact information of these agencies.
When you click on the received attachment, you will be prompted to log in to their Help Center. This ensures that you can view the information securely. The easiest way to create an account is by using "Sign in" with Google or Microsoft. If you don’t have a Google or Microsoft account, you can create an account with any email address by clicking "Sign up". Note: this will be separate from your regular Borrowell login. Once you enter your Full Name and email address, you will sent an email to create/reset your password. After you create/reset your password, you will brought to their Help Center homepage. From there you can return to the email and view or download the attachment.
To securely send them an attachment, please do so through their Help Center. You will be prompted to submit a new ticket, please include the attachment by clicking “Add file”.

The Borrowell app can only be logged in on one device at a time for security reasons. When you try to log in using a secondary or 'new' device, you will be prompted to release your 'old' device before you can sign in. From time to time, you may also receive this message to release the 'old' device while on your usual device, such as when you update the device software.
They're sorry to see you go. There are two options when it comes to closing your Borrowell account - you can deactivate or delete your account. Before moving forward, please note that deactivating/deleting your Borrowell account won't stop the subscription for any paid services you might have with them such as Credit Builder or Rent Advantage. To cancel those subscriptions, please contact them before proceeding.
