To update the frequency in which you receive boxes, you would have to log into your account. Select “my subscriptions” from the dashboard. Find the subscription you would like to update, and select change your plan, located under the product name. Scroll down to the order form, from the frequency of boxes drop-down menu, select your desired box frequency; monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. Click switch subscription. This will cancel your current subscription and activate a new subscription with the new box frequency.
