They will deliver to you during your delivery window, which can be found (and changed!) on your schedule page: freshprep.ca/schedule.
They always aim to deliver within the time slot you’ve selected. You can see your delivery slot in your account settings under Delivery.
Yes, you can change or cancel orders up to Wednesday at 11:59PM before your next delivery. For example, if you have a delivery scheduled for Monday, you have until the Wednesday prior to modify your delivery. Visit Your Schedule to view your upcoming deliveries and make changes.
