Papa Earth offers fresh, organic groceries and sustainably sourced goods, and the featured voucher gives you 10% off your first order. This code is the best starting point if you're a new customer, though depending on what you're buying and how much you're spending, other offers may save you more money.
Your first order as a new customer: The featured 10% off voucher at the top of this page is your best bet if you're placing your first order. Apply this code at checkout to get a 10% discount on your entire purchase.
If you're subscribing to a subscription box: The 15% off subscription boxes voucher will beat the 10% first order code, saving you an extra 5% on your first subscription box order. Enter this code at checkout instead.
Small to medium baskets under CA$135: Stick with the featured 10% off first order voucher for straightforward savings. If you're not a first time customer, the 4% storewide code is available as an alternative, though the discount is lower.
Baskets around CA$135: The free 5 striploin steaks voucher kicks in at a CA$135 minimum spend. Whether this saves you more than 10% or 15% depends on the value of your order—if your subtotal before the voucher is CA$135 or more, compare the striploin steaks offer against a 10% or 15% percentage discount on your total to see which gives you better value.
Large baskets over CA$498: The CA$20 off voucher applies to orders exceeding CA$498. On a CA$500 basket, that's a 4% saving; on a CA$1000 basket, it drops to 2%. For these larger spends, the 4% storewide voucher will actually save you more money, so check both options at checkout.
If you're buying a Papa Earth steak box: The steak box sale offers 15% off while stock lasts, which may outpace the percentage codes depending on the box's full price. Compare this sale price against the subscription box code (15% off) to see which applies to your purchase.
Curated boxes: The up to 50% off sale on curated boxes is the strongest offer available and will beat any code-based discount if you're buying one of the discounted boxes. This sale is available while stock lasts until 30 September 2026.
Only one voucher code can be used per order, so at checkout, compare the final price you'd pay with each eligible offer and go with the one that saves you the most. The free salmon offer applies to every purchase, but since codes can't stack, you'll need to pick whichever code delivers the bigger saving on your actual basket.
Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Papa Earth:
Papa Earth accepts all major Debit/Credit cards.
No problem, Everything is packed with an ice pack in an insulated recyclable box, so it will stay frozen for at least 24 hours on your doorstep. If you do not have a safe drop spot for them to leave your delivery, they would suggest delivering to an office location. Please be sure to refrigerate or freeze the product as soon as possible after delivery. If this is a gift, please alert gift recipients that a perishable gift will be delivered to them and to freeze or refrigerate all products as soon as possible upon delivery.
If you did not receive your order within 2 days of the anticipated delivery date you need to email them immediately at support@papaearth.ca so they have time to troubleshoot the issue. If you wait longer, they will not reimburse you for your order.
They always send out a delivery email with the anticipated delivery date. It happens sometimes that it takes a bit longer to deliver when there’s an unexpected interruption for the delivery company. Their delivery companies also send you tracking links by email and/or text messaging.
As long as they are kept at a steady freezing temperature and the vacuum seal is intact, their meats can last 12 months in the freezer.
Almost all of their meats are vacuum sealed with thick BPA-proof vacuum packs. This not only prevents freezer burn, it’s very easy to defrost. Some of their meats are packaged in butcher paper due to the shape or form of the meats which makes them hard to vacuum pack.
They are packaged in an insulated box with dry ice. Their boxes are 100% curbside recyclable and made from recycled paper. For the rare occasion, like heatwave combined with long-distance shipping, they might use an EPS cooler but they try to stay away from EPS as much as they can.
Frozen is the best way to ensure that the meat retains its flavour, texture and colour. The freezing process takes only minutes but the benefits are long-lasting. There is no discernible difference between fresh and flash-frozen meat or seafood.
If the vacuum seal of the package is not broken, your meat has a shelf life in a refrigerator of up to 2 weeks. Once you break the seal you should consume the meat in 3 days if ground, 5 days for cuts/sausages.
Do not thaw at room temperature or in hot water or microwave. Thawing in the fridge is ideal however, if you are in a rush, you can put the vacuum-sealed packages into a sink with cold water, however please be aware that small holes can occur in the vacuum-seal during freezing, shipping or handling which is why we recommend thawing on a dish in your fridge, if you have the time.
Yes, their boxes including the insulation are made out of recycled paper and are 100% curbside recyclable. Or great to use as a cooler for the beach.
Only in rare occasions they sometimes use EPS for example in hot summer days if shipping takes over 2 days. EPS boxes tend to insulate better but they try to avoid using it at all times.
