Orders placed from a local warehouse and sent to the same county as the warehouse will be shipped within 48 hours. Items ordered from locations outside the country of the local warehouse will ship within 3–7 days. You can track your order in the “Order Status” section. Please rest assured that the email with the tracking information will be sent shortly after submitting your order number and Geekbuy account.

Product returns must be via one of Geekbuying's approved shipping methods and return addresses; their Support Centre can provide you with further details.

PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account. Credit card refunds will take between 7 and 14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
