For whatever reason, if you are unsatisfied with your order within 3 days you can return it to them in new condition for a refund minus the shipping charges. Spare parts products cannot be returned if installed on mobile phones and it's working.
If you want to cancel an order within 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed, you will be eligible for a full refund. It is still possible to cancel an order after 24 hours but only until when it has been shipped. If an order has been shipped, they can not cancel or modify it anymore.
