It applies automatically on the website when two rooms are reserved and is valid across the listed properties subject to availability. On two identical CA$200 rooms, the second room is halved so your total falls from CA$400 to CA$300, saving CA$100 (original CA$400, percent 50% on second room, final CA$300, saving CA$100).
If you are booking a single room and plan to eat at the hotel, the 10% off stays and on site dining is straightforward because it applies to room nights and qualifying on site food and beverage. On a CA$500 room, that 10% reduces your room charge to CA$450, saving CA$50 (original CA$500, percent 10%, final CA$450, saving CA$50). If you also expect CA$150 in on site dining that qualifies, the dining would reduce to CA$135, saving CA$15 on dining as well.
