There is no requirement that you purchase advance tickets but it is recommended, as many performances sell out well in advance. You may buy tickets at the theatre box office right up until show time, provided seats are still available.
If you lose your ticket, please promptly notify Audience Services and they can make arrangements for a replacement ticket (or seating voucher). Please note only the original purchaser is authorized to request / receive a replacement ticket. If your ticket was purchased or acquired from a third party, you must ask the original purchaser to contact them.
All performances proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays. Multiple construction zones in the downtown core will also affect your travel time so please plan accordingly.
