You'll want to compare this against the 23% option at checkout—the 23% will almost always be better, so go with that unless the returning customer offer specifies a higher discount that you've unlocked.
Summer sale items: Roselinlin runs conditional summer sale discounts on selected styles. If you're buying four or more of the marked sale items, you can get 30% off those pieces. If you're buying two to three selected sale styles, you'll qualify for 15% off those items. Their estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly they can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.
For example, if you order a bodycon dress, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 7-15 business days of shipping time if you select super saving shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-20 business days.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Themif you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. Roselinlin will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
All Purchases (except swimwear, bags, and accessories) can be returned within 15 days from the delivered date.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honoured. Roselinlin will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
