Super Smart currently runs a 15% off voucher for its entire catalogue, and that code is the featured offer on the page, it is best for most shoppers buying full price items across the site. The code must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers. Use it if you want a straightforward discount across your order.
Big baskets and higher spend, If your basket is large and mostly full price items, the 15% off voucher is the strongest single code. For example, on a CA$100 order the 15% voucher takes 15% off, leaving a final price of CA$85 and a saving of CA$15. Members and new customer codes both give only 10% off, so they save less on the same full price order (10% on CA$100 leaves CA$90, a CA$10 saving). Use the 15% voucher for the lower total on full price buys.
Small baskets under CA$25, For orders under CA$25 the same 15% voucher still applies, but the absolute saving is small. If you are a new customer you may be tempted by the 10% new customer code; compare the two for your basket. On a CA$20 order the 15% voucher saves CA$3 and gives a final price of CA$17, while the 10% new customer code saves CA$2 for a final price of CA$18, so the 15% voucher wins even at small totals.
Orders at or above CA$25, Super Smart advertises free shipping on orders over CA$25. If your cart is CA$25 or more you get free shipping without entering a code. Because the 15% voucher cannot be combined with other offers, apply the 15% voucher for product savings and benefit from the free shipping when your order meets the CA$25 threshold.
If you are a new customer or a member, New customers have a 10% first order code and members have a 10% code. Both require entry of a code and cannot combine with the 15% voucher. The 15% voucher is still better for plain percentage savings on full price items; choose the 10% new customer code only if there is a reason you cannot use the sitewide 15% voucher.
Buying sale items, Sale merchandise is marked down up to 50% and the sale price is shown on the product. Sale discounts apply to those items without a code. Because codes cannot be combined with other offers, if an item you want is already in the sale you will usually pay the sale price rather than try to use a code. For example, a CA$100 product reduced 50% in the sale costs CA$50, which beats the CA$85 price it would have after a 15% code on the original price.
When choosing, compare the final totals and take whichever leaves the lower price. Apply the 15% voucher to full price baskets unless the sale price on the specific product is lower, and use the 10% new customer or member code only if you cannot use the 15% voucher. Free shipping over CA$25 applies automatically when your order reaches that threshold; it does not require a code.
