For in-stock product, normally they will be sent to your door within 2 weeks or a month since it comes from China or Southeast Asia.
Note: Pre-orders may take a longer time as 3 weeks or a month due to its long-term production period (sophisticated design and special clothes).
Their factories are located in China and Southeast Asia. In order to deliver the package to you ASAP, they will pack it directly from the factory and deliver it. Therefore the clothes might come from different factories and the package would be sent out separately.

Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
Notify them of the tracking number after you have returned the item(s).
