For in-stock product, normally they will be sent to your door within 2 weeks or a month since it comes from China or Southeast Asia.

Note: Pre-orders may take a longer time as 3 weeks or a month due to its long-term production period (sophisticated design and special clothes).

Their factories are located in China and Southeast Asia. In order to deliver the package to you ASAP, they will pack it directly from the factory and deliver it. Therefore the clothes might come from different factories and the package would be sent out separately.

Sorry for the inconvenience, they currently do not offer exchanges. However, they will advance this part as soon as possible. Stay tuned.

XplusWear has built its own clothes factory which strictly controls the quality of the product as well as providing its customers with maximum peace of mind, they accept return demands within 30 days after delivery.

• Take a clear photo of the item.

• Contact their customer service team via support@xpluswear.com.

• Send the photos and order ID to the customer service team and tell them about your problems and the resolution you prefer. Return? Refund? Exchange? Resend？

• The customer service team will send you the address of xpluswear's international center, Please do not send the package back to where it came from, or it will delay your refund procedure.

• Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

• Notify them of the tracking number after you have returned the item(s).

• All the exchanges or refunds will be processed within 2 working days once they have received the item(s)
