Best ecobee Coupon Codes

ecobee's Summertime Security offer puts $267 towards selected security products, making it the leading deal for customers building or refreshing a home security system this season. Since ecobee runs several fixed and percentage discounts, your best choice depends on what you are buying and the total spend.

Smaller buys under $150: For a single product like the Smart Thermostat Essential at 16% off, or a refurbished thermostat at up to $40 off, start with the percentage or fixed discount that applies to your chosen item. If you have not yet signed up to the ecobee newsletter, doing so could surface additional first time customer offers worth checking against the advertised deals.

Smart Doorbell Camera bundles: The Smart Doorbell Camera Wired with Smart Security attracts two separate deals: a $160 fixed discount or 25% off. On a $640 doorbell camera bundle, for example, the $160 off leaves you at $480, whereas 25% off reduces it to $480 as well. Compare both at checkout, but also check what the full bundle price is, since ecobee prices vary by configuration and the percentage may pull ahead or fall behind depending on your exact selection.

Total Security and Savings Bundles: ecobee lists two fixed discounts on this bundle: $202.98 off and $202 off. Take whichever is currently available on your region of the ecobee website, as they amount to nearly the same saving. If you are drawn to the wider Home Security Bundle instead, you can get $158 off with a fixed discount or 35% off with the sale price. On a $450 bundle, 35% off saves $157.50, so the fixed $158 discount wins; on a $500 bundle, 35% off saves $175, putting the percentage ahead. Work both for your exact basket to see which lands lower.

Thermostat shoppers: Certified refurbished thermostats qualify for up to $40 off. The Smart Thermostat Essential has its own 16% off sale price. Since refurbished and new models are separate products, the two do not combine; pick whichever line you prefer and apply its discount.

Professional monitoring: The Secure Your Home Plan starting at $7 per month is a subscription rather than a discount on upfront hardware, so it stacks with any of the above deals if you are also purchasing cameras or thermostats.

When you have items in your basket, ecobee's site will show you each offer that qualifies. Calculate the final total under each one and pick the discount that leaves the lowest price at checkout.
