Browsing for sale items. Start by checking the sale products section, where you can save up to 50% on selected equipment. If you find what you need there, that will almost always beat any percentage discount on full price items.
First time customer. Sign up for the Pullup & Dip newsletter before you start shopping. You will receive special offers and promotions that may give you a better discount than the standard deals available on the page.
Shopping full price items. The 15% off deal is your best option for a straightforward purchase at full price. This is the strongest percentage discount available on regular priced stock and will apply to your entire basket.
Comparing multiple discounts. You may notice several 10% off offers listed on the page, along with a 5% off option. These are lower than the headline 15% discount, so the 15% off deal will save you more money on full price purchases. Yes, all orders in the webshop are sent with tracking. As soon as the package has been scanned by the provider, you will receive a tracking e-mail from their sending tool Soundcloud. If you have not received an e-mail, please check the spam folder and contact them otherwise.
All orders are shipped directly from Germany. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties and taxes may apply. They have no influence on these additional costs and can not provide more detailed information about this.
The return costs from within the EU correspond to the delivery costs shipping the product to your country. For countries outside the EU, unfortunately, they can not offer a return label.
Returns within Germany are completely free. You have 30 days to send something back. This is valid from the time your order was delivered. If you are not from Germany, then the return costs are similar to the sending costs. Unfortunately for orders from outside the EU, they can't accept returns.
