What is the payment method?

Bearaby accepts all credit card and Paypal payments. Bearaby also offer a monthly payment plan through Shop Pay and Affirm for your convenience.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

It is possible to cancel your existing order(s) provided they have not already been shipped. Unfortunately, no orders can be cancelled once they are already processed and fulfilled by our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Bearaby only sell and ship within the US and Canada at the moment. But they’ve received many requests from fans around the world, so they’re looking into options and are aiming to offer an international shipment option soon.

What is your exchange policy?

Bearaby understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned and that’s why they offer a 30-day exchange window on all their products. Provided you haven’t washed your Napper yet, and your shipping address is within the contiguous US you can exchange your purchase for a different item – please click here to request an exchange

What is your return policy?

Bearaby have a simple and straightforward policy of 30-day returns. That means you have 30 days from the order date to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed and in the same condition as received. Once received, they inspect and process your refund. To start a return click here. How quickly can I expect my refund?

Once your return is processed, they will initiate a refund automatically to your credit card (or original method of payment). Partial refunds will be initiated in case the item is damaged, washed, or stained. Credit will be received within 15 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please keep in mind that they do charge a return processing fee of $14.99 USD. This charge helps them cover the inspection and processing fees at our warehouse and fulfilment facilities.
