What is your return policy?
Bearaby have a simple and straightforward policy of 30-day returns. That means you have 30 days from the order date to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed and in the same condition as received. Once received, they inspect and process your refund.

How quickly can I expect my refund?
Once your return is processed, they will initiate a refund automatically to your credit card (or original method of payment). Partial refunds will be initiated in case the item is damaged, washed, or stained. Credit will be received within 15 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
