When will my package arrive?
All packages leave their warehouse within 1-2 business days. Depending on your selected shipping service and your location your package should arrive between 3-5 business days. During the promotional period and holiday season, please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed.
Once your order leaves their fulfilment centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number and can track the journey of your new Cami Nyc styles.
What is your exchange policy?
Cami Nyc understand that everyone is shaped differently. Therefore, there is no charge to exchange items for a different size. However, all exchanges are based on stock availability and only available to US customers. Cami Nyc currently only offer exchanges for the same style/colour.
What is your return policy?
Cami Nyc accepts all full-priced merchandise for a refund or exchange within 20 days from date of purchase. All merchandise must be unused with original tags, packaging, and accompanied by the sale confirmation. Any order that exceeds 35 days past the delivery date will not be approved for a return or exchange. Cami Nyc have the right to refuse the return of any order.
