That voucher is best if you really need a large bulk order of 150 pieces. Smaller orders should follow the lower item count vouchers or the 50% off selected frames code depending on what you are buying.
If you only need a single custom frame or a few selected frames, use the 50% off all custom frames code. It applies to selected items and does not require a minimum item count, so it is the go to for small orders of eligible frames. For example, on a $200 selected frame order, the 50% off code reduces the total to $100, so you save $100. You can use that code for low spend baskets where the volume vouchers do not apply.
If you are buying between 1 and 14 items and some items are not in the selected frames range, the 50% code still has the broadest immediate benefit if the items qualify. If they do not qualify, there is no volume voucher that applies under 15 items, so compare any sale prices on the site or the newsletter offers after signup for first time promotions before you buy. The newsletter signup is only a sign up offer and is best for first time customers looking for future promotions rather than an immediate discount.
If you need 15 to 29 items, use the 52% off code for 15 items, because it requires a minimum of 15 items. For example, on a $1,000 order of 15 items, the 52% off code takes the price down to $480, a saving of $520.
If you need 30, 50, 75, 100 or 150 items, pick the voucher that matches the minimum item threshold you meet, since each higher threshold gives a bigger percentage: 54% at 30 items, 56% at 50, 58% at 75, 60% at 100 and 65% at 150. Use the highest percentage for which your cart meets the item count. For large custom package purchases priced from $3600, the 50% selected frames code can still be useful if that package is eligible; for example, on a $3600 package the 50% code would reduce the price to $1800, saving $1800, but volume codes only apply when you meet their item count rules.

Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.
If your custom frame arrives damaged, they will either replace your frame free of charge if the damage is extensive (the frame must be the same size and style as originally ordered), or they will provide you with free matching finish repair and touch-up materials if the damage is minor or superficial. Please note that changes to the order cannot be made when processing a replacement. Notification of the damage along with photos must be submitted within three days of receiving your order via e-mail.
If you are unsatisfied with your custom-made item, you may return it for any reason for a full refund of the custom item's paid, minus a 30% material waste fee. Note: shipping fees are not refundable. You must communicate your intent of return within 14 days of having received your order. In order to notify them of your intent, please send an e-mail to them. As a next step, they will provide the return address to have the order returned to us – the customer is then responsible for returning their item's. Please note that you must email them within the first 14 days after delivery with your intent to return, otherwise, they unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
Note that their refund policy does not apply to special orders, such as oversized frames (i.e. frames that include plexiglass with dimensions greater than 36"x32"), oversized plexiglass (greater than 36"x32"), bulk orders, framed mirrors, etc. If a special order is damaged during delivery, they will replace these items free of charge.
