Immediately after you place an order, there is a brief period when you cannot check on it. But once it ships, you will get a shipping confirmation email and you can follow its progress. As a VIP member, you can see the status of your order. If you placed the order as a guest or as a VIP member, you can input the tracking number directly onto the Purolator website to track the package and obtain the expected delivery date. Please note that it can take extra time for deliveries to remote addresses.
They want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason upon receiving your order, you may return the item(s) for a full item refund or exchange. They accept returns and exchanges in-store (for both online and in-store orders) or they accept returns by mail (for online orders only) for up to 60 days after an item was purchased. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging and/or box, and accompanied by the Order Confirmation email and packing slip.
Once your order has been returned and received, your refund will be processed and applied back onto the original method of payment within 1-2 business days. Once processed, depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to be fully returned to your account.
If you received a defective/damaged product or have an order fulfillment error, they will be happy to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping or assist in correcting your order. Please contact customer service and they will provide you with a pre-paid Purolator return label and pick-up arrangement instructions.
