They'll confirm your request if successful, usually within one business day. If your order is already in process they may not be able to cancel it.
La Canadienne Shoes will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase. Any return requests received after this deadline will automatically be refused. A restocking fee of $10 (plus applicable taxes) will be charged per unique order. If you return multiple items from the same order in a single shipment, only one $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once they receive your return, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You’ll receive an email when they have processed your refund.
