Terms and conditions
Silver Jeans Co currently highlights free shipping and returns on all orders as the top offer on the page, which is best for you if avoiding delivery charges is the main goal and you do not need any other listed promotion. The secondary offer is selected premium denim from CA$55, which is best when you are buying a qualifying pair at the marked price and care most about the item price.
If you want to avoid delivery charges on any size of order: use the free shipping and return offer. It applies to every order with no minimum purchase required, so it is the straightforward choice when delivery fees would otherwise push up your total. Note that the free shipping offer’s terms say it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, so once you choose it you waive the denim price promise for that order.
If you are buying a single pair of selected premium denim priced from CA$55: use the premium denim deal. That is a price as marked promotion, so if the pair you choose shows CA$55 on the product page you pay CA$55 at checkout. For example, on a CA$55 pair the original price is CA$55, there is no additional discount beyond the price as marked, the final price is CA$55, and you save CA$0 compared with the listed price. If you use this denim offer you cannot also take the free shipping option because the free shipping offer forbids combining with other offers.
If your cart contains multiple qualifying denim items: the denim pricing applies to each selected style at the price shown. For two items each marked CA$55, the original total is CA$110, there is no extra discount off the marked prices, the final total is CA$110, and the saving versus list prices is CA$0 beyond the marked prices. You will not be able to apply the free shipping and return offer to that same order if the denim deal is used.
If you are buying non denim items or a mixed cart and delivery fees would be significant: choose the free shipping and return offer when the delivery charge you would otherwise pay exceeds any saving you might get from a marked price on a selected denim item. The free shipping option applies across the whole order and requires no minimum spend, but again it excludes other offers.
When choosing between the two, compare the dollar effect on the same cart. The free shipping and return offer removes delivery and return charges for the whole order with no minimum, while the premium denim promotion sets the item price to the amount shown on qualifying styles starting at CA$55. Because the free shipping offer’s terms explicitly forbid use with any other offers, pick whichever leaves you with the lower final total after adding any delivery fees to the denim prices; if delivery is zero or negligible and you are buying a marked CA$55 pair, the premium denim price is the better fit.
