What is Aje.'s returns policy?
Full-priced Items
Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit when returned to them within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. Please note, Aje. are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Sale Items
Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout are eligible for an e-Boutique credit. Note, Aje. are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. e-Boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. Aje. do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy unless the item is deemed as faulty.
Jewellery & Shoes
Due to hygiene reasons, Aje. do not accept returns for jewellery.
Faulty Returns
If something you ordered has a minor fault, Aje. will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.
