Some eye exam appointments are conducted by a remote doctor of optometry. You still need to come in to the Bailey Nelson store for your eye exam, but during these appointments, your comprehensive eye exam is performed by the doctor operating the optical equipment in the exam room remotely and communicating with you by video. Remote eye exams give you the same level of eye care as an in-person exam while reducing close-contact exposure.
If you've been fitted for contact lenses, you can request a copy of this prescription from your optometrist. If you haven't worn contacts or if you need a checkup, you can book an appointment at a nearby store.
Yes; however, this is a service they can only provide in-store. If ordering online, their team will send you an itemized receipt once your order has been verified and processed, which you can use to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Bailey Nelson offers a one-year manufacturer's warranty on all their products; unfortunately, this does not cover any damages incurred by mishandling, accidents, or misuse.

Unfortunately, because contact lenses are a medical item, they are not able to accept returns for open boxes, even if the interior packets are still sealed.
