Lensabl accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.

Unfortunately, Lensabl is not able to ship Worldwide.

From the time that Lensabl receive your order at their lab, assuming they have all required information needed to start the lenses (RX and PD, OCH/SH if applicable), lens production is about 4-7 business days on average. All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped back to you. If there are any imperfections at all, they may re-process your lenses so they are perfect, which can delay final shipment. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Since they are making these lenses just for you, they are unable to sell them to someone else if you change your mind. If you decide you want a different option or coating, they have to remake the entire pair of lenses from scratch. Therefore they cannot accept returns. If the lenses match the prescription and specs they received from you and they are edged correctly, you should love them. If they make a mistake, or there is something you are unhappy about, they will do their best to re-make it right.

If you need to make changes to your order for any reason, please contact them as soon as possible. Please note they can only accept changes to an order up until the order has arrived at the lab.

Lensabl can only cancel orders where the lenses have not yet gone into production. However, if your frame has arrived at their lab, before the lenses go into production, and you'd like to cancel, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
