International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package arrives at the specified destination. The recipient will be responsible for these charges. After an order has been submitted, you have a 30-minute window to cancel your order. If your order has not been sent to print, you may cancel for a full refund. To do so, please visit your Account page and click "Orders" to see the list of your previous orders. Click the order number, and you will be able to cancel. You will see the option to cancel and refund. After the 30-minute window has passed, they are no longer able to cancel or refund your order due to the custom nature of their products.
