When will I get the refund?

Why was my Pre-Order canceled?
If the number of making orders is not met by 15 pcs within a 5-day period (does not meet order volume goal), Pre-Order will fail and be canceled. Payment will be refunded to your Rotita store account at the end of the Pre-Order period.
