Skinfix currently highlights up to 60% off kits, a kits sale that is best for shoppers who plan to buy preset sets or multiple products together. The kits offer is the headline here and applies to selected kit products only, with prices as marked on the website. If you want big reductions on bundled items, start by checking the kits selection.
Large single kit purchases. If you are buying a marked kit, the up to 60% off kits deal is the one to use. For example, on a CA$120 kit that is marked 60% off, the price becomes CA$48 and you save CA$72. This applies only to products shown in the kits sale and the discount is already applied to the marked price.
Buying multiple kits or sets. When your basket is mostly kits or marked sets, always compare the kits price with any sale price shown for the same item. The kits discount is applied as marked, so if two kits are both marked down to CA$80 and CA$48 respectively, pick the lower marked total.
Shopping sale products that are not kits. For individual sale items, the Last Chance Sale offering up to 30% off sale products is the relevant deal. If an item is in that clearance selection, the up to 30% off will show on that product’s price. For a CA$100 sale item reduced by 30%, the price becomes CA$70 and you save CA$30. These savings only apply to products listed in the clearance sale while stock lasts.
Small first orders. If this is your first order and you sign up for the newsletter, you can get 15% off your first order after creating an account. On a CA$40 first order, 15% off reduces the price to CA$34, a saving of CA$6. That signup requirement means it only helps new or account signing customers.
Regular buys on schedule. If you plan to subscribe, the 10% off subscription offer applies to subscription orders of balms, botanicals and vitamins. On a CA$40 subscription order, 10% off takes the price to CA$36, saving CA$4. Use this when you want ongoing deliveries rather than a one time purchase.

Shipping times start after the order leaves their warehouse. This process can take up to 48 hours. Depending on where you live, once picked up from our warehouse, your package will be delivered depending on the shipping options chosen at checkout. Unless you are otherwise notified by them, shipments will be made via ground delivery. All ship and delivery dates specified on their website are estimates and are subject to change. Skinfix is not responsible for delays by the shipper.
All orders placed after 3 pm (EST) or during the weekend, will be processed the following business day.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, they're unable to change or cancel your order. Please contact info@skinfix.com and they’d be happy to issue you a return label.
If you believe your package is missing, please email them at info@skinfix.com and they will start a trace with their delivery providers and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. They cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify them immediately at info@skinfix.com. They will send you a shipping label to have it mailed back to them.
At Skinfix, they are committed to making products that are proven to work and they want you to be completely satisfied with your Skinfix purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to info@skinfix.com to begin the return process. Only items purchased on their website may be accepted for return or exchange by Skinfix. Skinfix products purchased from their website must be returned or exchanged for the same item within 30 days from the date of purchase, be in new or gently used condition, and be accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include your name, email, order number, lot #, and photo evidence of any damages.
