Thrifty Car Rental accepts payments through all major Credit/Debit Cards.

You can hire a vehicle from Thrifty by visiting the homepage and choosing your pick-up location and dates, then follow their quick reservation process to complete your booking.

Please, contact their Customer Relations Department. You can submit a query by completing the form below and selecting "Past Rental Query" in the "Type of Query" drop-down menu. This can be found in the Customer Care section of the website.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Super Cover/Super Damage Waiver (SC/SDW), Additional Drivers, Fuel, Child Seats and any other ancillary service/product. These items are payable directly to Thrifty at the rental counter.

If you need to cancel your pre-paid reservation, you have a grace period of 7 days from the day you made your reservation to cancel it free of charge with no hidden fees. Cancellations on pre-paid reservations more than 7 days after the date of the booking will incur a cancellation fee. You can find the amounts in the Terms and Conditions. If you cancel a pay-at-location reservation, you can cancel free of charge right until the day of collection with no fee or penalty incurred.

It is important that you return your vehicle as close as possible to your reserved drop-off time, or you may be charged for an extra day rental. Your return location may allow a limited grace period but this is entirely at its discretion.
