Veronica Beard is unable to make additions, changes, or cancellations to an order once it’s been placed. In this case, they kindly ask that you return your original merchandise and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, pending its eligibility.

Returns are eligible for a refund if a return authorization request is made within 21 days of the FedEx delivery date. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. Please log in to your Veronica Beard account or their Guest Returns portal to make a return authorization request. Items must be returned in their original condition and must include the original garment tags and polybags. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or showing signs of wear. Returns will be refunded less a return processing and restocking fee of $15. Items purchased at a discount greater than 50% are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. This applies to all purchases made on Veronica Beard.
