The 25% off code at the top of this page is best for shoppers buying new season pieces at full price who want an immediate saving at checkout. If you are browsing sale items, the sale discounts often deliver larger savings on eligible pieces, so compare the final totals before you buy.
Small basket with new season items: If you are adding full price SS25 pieces to your cart, the 25% off code above is your best bet. On a CA$80 order of new season stock, for example, the code saves CA$20 and brings your total to CA$60. This straightforward approach works well for smaller purchases.
Larger orders of full price items: When your cart builds up and you stick to full price stock, the code remains compelling. On a CA$320 order of SS25 items, the 25% off code saves CA$80, bringing your total to CA$240. The sale discounts do not apply to full price collections, so the code is your only option here and delivers a solid saving.
Archive sale items or seasonal sale styles: If your basket is built from archive sale items, summer sale selections, or festival favourites, the sale offers apply instead. The Stutterheim Archive Sale, Summer Sale and Festival Favourites all offer up to 50% off selected styles. On a CA$400 archive sale order, for example, a 50% discount saves CA$200 and brings your total to CA$200. The 25% off code would save CA$100 on that same CA$400 order, leaving a total of CA$300. Since only one discount applies at checkout, the sale price is the better option for sale items.
Footwear on sale: Stutterheim runs separate discounts on footwear. If your basket includes selected footwear, check whether it qualifies for the 30% off or 35% off footwear sale offers. Most orders are delivered within 1-5 business days of being dispatched, however depending on where you live this could be up to 10 working days.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the Stutterheim warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. The customer bears the responsibility for items during returns and exchanges.
Please return the item in the original packaging, using a return label provided by Stutterheim, placed over the original delivery label. Please contact them by email if you are missing a return label. You may be able to schedule a pick-up, otherwise please return the package to your nearest drop-off point and keep a copy of the receipt and tracking reference.
