Delivery costs
The price of most products on Moonpig's Website and App do not include delivery costs. They will notify you of the delivery cost at the checkout stage before you place your order.

Delivery outside the UK:
This applies to cards only; no other products can be delivered outside of the UK. In the event that Moonpig accepts an order for delivery of a card outside of the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or (for so long as the UK remains within the EU Customs Union) any jurisdiction in the European Economic Area, the recipient will be responsible for all customs formalities, including completion of customs declarations, payment of import taxes levies, duties and satisfying any other regulatory requirements that may be in force in the relevant country of importation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient consents to this.

Moonpig will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment within 14 days from the day on which Moonpig receives the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide Moonpig with evidence that you have sent the product back to Moonpig. In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling Moonpig you have changed your mind.
Where an item is faulty, please contact Moonpig's Customer Service Team via Webchat. They will either ask you to return the item to Moonpig within three days of receipt or to take a photo of the item before returning it back to Moonpig. You can speak to Moonpig's Customer Service Team for a Freepost returns address if you do not have one. Your right to return items to Moonpig in accordance with these Terms is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
Returns
If you are eligible for a refund, Moonpig will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) onto the credit or debit card that you paid with or to your PayPal account. Alternatively, they may offer to reprint (if applicable) and resend the item free of charge. Please note it is not Moonpig's policy to offer both a refund and a resend.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is misspelt or if you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size. Please see section 3.3 on Personalised Products for more information.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with all the delivery details you need.
Check the Dispatch Date & Postal Method on your confirmation email then reference with given delivery times to see when your order is due to arrive. If your order has not arrived in the given time-frames please call or email the customer service team.
Usually, customers will add their names to their orders however if this has been omitted then please do contact Moonpig. They take Data Protection very seriously so will be unable to divulge customer account information without their direct permission, however, they can contact them and ask them to make themselves known to you. If you feel the content of the card is offensive then please report it to the Police who will contact Moonpig directly to resolve this for you.
Card ONLY orders can be amended or cancelled via your order history if the order is still in ‘Order Received status. If your order is in ‘Printing’ status please contact customer service to inquire if an amendment can be made. If your order consists of a Bouquet, Plant and/or Gift (even if you want to amend the card attached) please contact customer service. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any changes to the order yourself.

Shipping cost is calculated in the checkout process. The delivery charge is based on the subtotal of your basket before discounts.
