What is the payment method?
Laura accepts major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as PayPal and your Style Rewards.
Why is my credit card refused?
There are several reasons why your credit card has been declined. Very often, a refusal can come from the fact that your billing address entered during the purchase does not exactly correspond to your billing address with your banking institution. Your credit card company may decline the transaction for other reasons as well. Please contact them for more information.
How do taxes apply to my order?
Sales taxes are calculated based on your delivery address, their exact amount will be presented to you at the billing stage. Please note that delivery charges are also subject to sales tax.
Could I exchange an item for a new item of a different size, color or style?
Absolutely. You can do this exchange at the store of your choice or call customer service. They can help you find what you want. They are available to assist you at 1-877-973-8638 Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
What is your return policy?
Laura will fully refund or gladly exchange items in their original condition which bear the original labels within 14 days of purchase. The original packing slip is required. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. For online purchases, you can return them to any Laura or Melanie Lyne store, or return them to us by mail. Please note that the shipping costs incurred when returning the item purchased online are not reimbursed.
