What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

They apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase (ie. order number) to hello@st-agni.com for further review. They have a 6-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case they can offer repair, replacement or refund options.

I purchased the incorrect size, can I exchange it?

THEY DO NOT PROCESS EXCHANGES. If you would like an alternative size or style, please request a store credit when creating your return in their portal.

Alternatively, they suggest purchasing the size you need as soon as possible to secure the inventory and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your size in the desired item. You can then submit a return request for a full refund for your initial purchase. Please note they do not refund original shipping costs.
